Cranberry Relish

1 Apple (Red Delicious)
1 Navel Orange
1 Cup Sugar or Splenda©
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and sort cranberries. Discard soft, mushy or white berries. Core and cut apple into ¼'s. Cut whole orange in ¼'s leaving rind on. Using a food processor with chopping blade, pulse cranberries, oranges and apples until minced, but not mush. Alternatively, you can use a hand grinder with a fine blade. Add enough sugar/Splenda to suite.
Cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
